The most consumed drink worldwide is coffee, followed by water. So, a perfect cup of coffee is the most important thing in the morning. Almost all families used coffee in the morning time as breakfast. A cup of coffee is a healthy drink for the human body because it has solid and healthy ingredients like roasted coffee beans and the seeds found inside the barries of the coffee plant. The Coffee Method No. 1:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup/250ml of milk
- coffee: 15gm,fat 0 calories 0
- sugar 1 teaspoon
Making directions:
- Add sugar to the milk and let it warm (near to boiling but not boiling).

Black Coffee:
Ingredients:
- One mug (250ml) of water
- coffee: 20gm,fat 0 calories 0
- Sugar, one teaspoon
Making directions:
- Add sugar into the water and let it warm (near to boiling but not boiling).
- Add coffee into warm water and shake it for 30 seconds.
A black cup of coffee is ready to serve.
