Ingredients:

  • Lamb meat                 250 grams
  • Coriander                   1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric                     1/2 teaspoon
  • Spice                            1/2 teaspoon
  • ginger                          1 tablespoon (chopped)
  • Sugar                           1 teaspoon
  • Oregano                      ½ teaspoon
  • Raw papaya paste    2 tablespoons
  • Oil                               1 tablespoon
  • onion                          3 pieces (chopped finely)
  • Garlic                         2 teaspoons
  • Cumin                       1 teaspoon
  • Potatoes                   2 (medium sized, Cubes)
  • Mint                         for garnish

Method of preparation of Onion with Lamb Recipe :

  1. First of all wash the meat very well.
  2. Chopped the onion and ginger.cut the potatoes in cubed shape.
  3. Now apply Raw papaya paste on lamb meat and put it aside for an hour.
  4. Take oil in pan. And Add onion when oil gets hot and cook till it gets pink.
  5. Now mix lamb meat in it.
  6. Then add garlic and ginger and mix them very well.
  7. Next is to add spices, turmeric, cumin and coriander and mix them very well.
  8. After some time mix some water and cover it after adding potatoes in it. And let it cook.
  9. Add sugar to it after 5-10 minutes.
  10. When you see that oil has come up. This is the time to Oregano and mixes it.

Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
