Flour(refined) 2
Eggs 4
Sugar 1/ 2 cup
Fresh milk as needed
Cinnamon powder 1pinch
Baking powder 1 pinch
Corn kernels 1cup
         Cooking Directions:

  1. First refined the flour(maida).
  2. Beat the eggs and crushed sugar.
  3. Now add beaten eggs sugar, flour, cinnamon powder and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. Now gradually add milk and make it thick batter(amaiza).
  5. Heat little oil in a frying pan and mix above batter(amaiza) in it with cooking spoon. And stir well.
  6. When look golden from one side then flip pancake to another side and cook. when pancake cooked then remove it from frying pan.

Now pancake is ready to serve. Cut into pieces and as much you desired. But I cut it in 4 pieces. Decorate it in dish and spread chocolate over it for better taste and to make it sweet.
